🔄 The Three Phases of Menopause 

Every woman experiences menopause differently, but it typically unfolds in three stages: 

Perimenopause This is the transition period before menopause. Hormone levels start to shift, and symptoms like irregular periods, hot flashes, mood changes, and sleep issues may come and go. 

Menopause Menopause is confirmed after 12 straight months without a period. Symptoms may become more persistent — such as night sweats, brain fog, or fatigue — as estrogen and progesterone levels drop. 

Post-Menopause After menopause, hormones stabilize, but long-term health concerns like bone loss and heart health become more important.
