  • You can schedule an appointment by calling our office at

    (434) 404-4728 during business hours, or by using our online scheduling portal available on our website

    If you're an existing patient, you can request an appointment through the patient portal.”

  • Yes, we offer convenient telehealth appointments for many of our services. Our providers are currently licensed to offer telehealth to patients located in Virginia and Washington.

  • Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive a few intake questionnaires via your patient portal. Please complete all required forms before your scheduled visit. A telehealth link will also be sent to your portal and email for easy access.

    For telehealth appointments

    • Join from a quiet, private location

    • Use a device of your choice (phone, tablet, or computer)

    • Ensure you have a strong and stable internet connection
       

    Completing all forms in advance and being prepared helps us provide the best possible care.

    -For In office Visits, Arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment. Insurance card, ID and completed intake forms are required before the visit. 

  • We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Please call us at (434) 404-4728 as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your appointment.

  • We are in-network with several insurance plans listed in our pricing section.
    For uninsured or out-of-network patients, we offer transparent cash-pay options.

  • We offer personalized weight management support tailored to your unique needs and health goals. Our services may include:

    • Individualized nutrition and lifestyle plans

    • Discussion of evidence-based medical interventions

    • Monthly follow up visits to track progress.

    Our goal is to support sustainable, healthy weight loss through a holistic and compassionate approach.

  • Yes, we offer lab testing through a third party.  We also complete limited in house labs tests.

  • The frequency of STI testing depends on your sexual activity, number of partners, and risk factors. We recommend discussing your sexual health history with your provider to determine the appropriate testing schedule for you.

  • Yes, we offer contraceptive services including personalized birth control counseling, prescriptions for the pill, patch, ring, and injection, IUDs, Nexplanon as well as emergency contraception.

  • Yes, in-office appointments are available for patients in Lynchburg and Central Virginia. However, an appointment is required to be seen. Please schedule in advance through our website, calling our office number (434 404 4728) or through the patient portal to ensure availability.
