Grace Kamau is a Doctorally prepared, board-certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner with a passion for providing compassionate, comprehensive care to women at every stage of life. Grace is a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner with specialized training to guide and support women through every stage of midlife — from perimenopause to menopause — helping them feel balanced, healthy, and empowered

With 14 years of health care experience in women’s health, primary care, and preventative services, I created this practice to offer a safe, judgment-free space where women can receive personalized care without feeling rushed or overlooked.

To empower women through respectful, evidence-based, and culturally sensitive care —whether in person or through the convenience of telehealth. We believe in treating the whole person, not just symptoms.
